I appreciate the caring and honesty in these reports. I especially related to your reaction to the singing. I feel exactly like this when I visit the church of my goddaughter in the Nicaraguan highlands. I am a liberal Christian, so its evangelistic style of worship is uncomfortable to me, but the spirit when they sing! Oh my – it’s electric!
